SPINMASTER

AIR PATROLLER

I led the design and development of the PAW Patrol Air Patroller, taking the product from early concept through final production while helping establish a new aerial play experience for the brand.

The project began as an opportunity to expand PAW Patrol beyond its existing ground-based vehicles. I explored the overall aircraft architecture, transformation, character interaction and play features, working closely with engineering, entertainment, marketing and manufacturing teams to turn the idea into a product that felt instantly recognizable within the PAW Patrol universe.

A key challenge was creating a large-scale vehicle that could deliver a strong transformation and multiple play patterns while remaining intuitive for young kids, durable, manufacturable and achievable within cost targets. I helped guide the design through concept development, prototyping, engineering refinement and factory production, balancing the creative vision with real-world product constraints.

The resulting Air Patroller became part of the broader PAW Patrol world, with the aircraft concept and flight theme extending into the animated series and Season 3 product line.
